Hello All, I just wanted to let everyone know what happened to my Daug. on bodog. She has been asking to help set up an acct with BODOG so she could play online with her brother who is in the A.F. in N.D. after sending in all info they needed she was able to play-------------for about 45min. they kicked her off because they said to many other people had the same info...well her brother had almost the same info because they are twins....something that thier 6th grade security team don"t get. now all she wants is for them to put her money back into the acct that they pilled it from....it"s been 3 days now and they keep coming up with some reason why they won"t put it back, the latest is they need another one of thier forms filled out and sent back in----why??? they have the acct no# where the money came from-- her bank statement --her picture I.D. --and a voided check and still won"t return her money.. Player"s BEWARE if you sign on to Bodog.com make sure you do-not have any info the same as anyone else if you have just a little info the same as someone else, you will be kicked off ---this is only after you send in real money ... I"m still on bodog for play money thats why they didn"t kick me off yet---I can asure you I will NEVER put money in a Bodog Acct...PLEASE look into EVERY THING VERY CAREFULLY before giving them your money.......I had a friend e-mail all is info to check and make sure he didn"t have problems--they said he was all set and after sending in everything -----well I can tell you he is back on Full Tilt with me ---------------Good Luck and Be CAREFULL..............

They pick on people who don't use paragraphs.
(Seriously though could she have been banned because she had the same details as YOU, using the same computer? Cos that ain't allowed - look in their terms and conditions before you start making slanderous comments)

bodog is fine.
obviously this is just a misunderstanding that should be dealt with by support eventually.

I had a bad experience of another kind with Bodog, when I wanted to open a real money account they notified me that I will not be eligable to any bonus.
Quated from their mail
"Your account has
been associated with many other accounts in your area. We've made a
decision based on the large group of players from your area who have
been abusing our bonus system."
They refused to provide any further explanation.
Needless to say I am not associated with any group and have no idea why they revoked my bonuses.
I did not deposit money there and Im not planning to do so in the future

I have great experience with bodog.
I am sorry to hear yoru story TLR. If I am in the same position with you, I won't be putting my money there as well.
Also iceman I think lots of casinos/pokerrooms won't allow multiple accouns from the same household.
Many other good poker rooms with good bonuses to play with

FYP
The occasional shift key wouldn't hurt either.
