I was wondering when exactly is it ok to bluff with over cards in no limit ring in earlier position agaisnt one or two players when I miss the flop?

WHat about if I raise with say TT in late pos,and I get one caller before me ( no read)and the flop is rag, rag,Q,and he bets out extremely small like a third or less of the pot. I cant fold to that right? I have to atleast call...But do I raise instead of calling?

If you raised and only had one caller and that caller was before you, you're no longer in early position. You're basically heads up with the button and the knowledge that he has a hand good enough to call however much you raised. Depending on his style of play from previous hands, this situation may mean that he's more inclined to bluff and/or bet a middle pair. However, also depending on his style of play, the fact that he called your raise may be a fairly strong indicator that he has a face card. It's going to have to depend on what you've seen from him previously - if he has the Q and is raising that small, it could be that he's feeling you out as well. If you happened on 2 pair, his TP would lose. That's decent information for him to get if he can get it cheaply.

So yeah...in short, it depends. Compare his previous play style with this and make a decision.

Yeah i mean say i had 10/10 in late position and raised 3x4 the bb, and someone called me 3/3/q comes off and his first to act now normally a good player wont raise with a/k/q/j/10 rag...so like the guy above he may be trying to feel u out or maybe he has a/q in his hand. You could try a reraise here if hes loose/call station but like always u gotta be careful with that type of play, knowing when/if u should fold...

Easy raise. You have the best hand a lot of the time.

If you were to act first and the flop comes 1 over, (Especially an over that is not an ace.) you have to bet.

You raise with AK and the flop comes T 7 3 rainbow. Not many hands are going to hit that flop hard enough to call a bet of 3/4ths the pot.

Even if you do get a call by JT. You're still 25% to make a better pair.

I´d say stay out of bluffing 'til you have confidence in yourself being able to let a hand go.

Maybe with exception to AK w rag flop... but that one too could be very expensive if someone calls or raises and you are not able to let it go.
