In general, how many times would you guys bluff in a regular SNG per hand?

I rarley bluff in a sit and go. you dont need to . Just play tight as a mofo until it gets to 3-4 handed. Then start stealing the blinds like a madman. That being said, im still throwing c-bets out there if my ak misses the flop (and its not multiway) and im stealing blinds as soon as they start getting big enough to make a difference.

But besides c-bets and blind steals im not bluffing.

i agree. bluffing is rare in sngs, most of the time if you do it early, you are taking too big of laggy risks for chip-building rather than taking your risks later for prize pool value.
the only kind of "bluffing" worth doing is late game and preflop - precisely, blind stealing.

there is no set amount you should bluff. if you feel it has a positive expectation, by all means bluff under the right circumstances. as has been said above, the only time you should "bluff" in a Sng is when you are stealing the blinds.

If you consider raising to steal the blinds I bluff more when the table shrinks to 3-4 people. If you are talking post flop then very rairly. At the $16 level most donks will call you down with bottom pair, so bluffing is totally lost on these idiots.
Poker is easy, it's winning at poker that's hard.
