I'm having trouble applying this to my game. Please explain how to effectively integrate this into my game.

*pause*
*really think about the hand you want them to put you on*
*nod head slowly*
*click call*
You will hear their screams of fear through your interweb connection.

But sometimes I am misreading my opponent and my bluff wins therefore negating it as a bluff. How do I avoid this?

TBH, and I don't want to be harsh, but there is a good chance you have a ton of other leaks that might need to be addressed first. For instance, are you bluff minraising enough? Are you minbetting enough? Are your minbets balanced? Do you ever open shove AA preflop, and if so are you also doing it with 27o at times? These are all things you might need to consider first.
In my extensive experience, I have seen that a good majority of gingers tend to negate addressing these large leaks in their game, and instead try to integrate advanced concepts, such as the bluff call, into their games too quickly.

I'll take you seriously. You can only bluff call live where people are allowed to muck the best hand. If you know that a player will muck his cards without seeing yours if he's bluffing and gets called. So if you think he's bluffing on the river, you bluff call, he mucks, and your bluff gets you the pot.

first work on folding the nuts, and value-betting the board
I see so many players turn their board value bet into a bluff
