k so this guy sat at two of my tables with 60bb; on this table he raised button and i 3bet 99 from sb, he insta shoves and i insta call 50bb more vs his KK. other than that ive been playing vs him a lot in position and raising a lot and cbetting a lot. he calls too much pre and seems positionally unaware.
on the turn c/r was quick 1-2seconds and river shove was instant... i feel like i maybe should have shipped the turn...
i dunno though... maybe his range is only flushes or maybe he is fed up with my relentless betting, so hard to say

What do you think his limping range is?
TT-22,ATs-A2s,KJs+,JTs,T9s,98s,87s,76s,AJo,KQo, Would you say that this makes sense for hi preflop limping range? I think he calls your raise with anything except maybe KQo and AJo, this further removes the possibility of KK-AA,AK.
Against this range on the flop you have 63% equity. Regardless of how much he hates you, his calling range is likely to be something like
Any heart suited Th9h,9h8h,8h7h,7h6h,Sets,TT, Plus all the AXh. The real question is is there anything he is calling you? Besides AJo with a hear that we removed on Preflop...So what is he calling here with that doesn't destroy you kqo? KJ? His range is super strong.
So C/F turn and you don't have the odds to call for a full house so calling the Turn reraise is bad.
But what do I know, I just play 10NL

meh his preflop is any 2 cards that he feels like button mashing with, he would easily limp/call with 8h5h or something. its more a matter of how does he play AJ/KJ/QJ? or how about 7x7h? or Ah5x or Kh10x etcccc

WTF
Ship it.
If you would ship it on the turn then why would you Fold the River.
Trust your read.
What was your range you put him on.
If you put him on the Flush then why bet the Turn.

Before you make your flop bet you should decide what you're going to do against a raise. Your two options should be to either fold or 3-bet. Calling is pretty bad because the pot is so big and plenty of cards could kill your action or allow him to suck out. Anyway, I think the turn is a push here. Even if you're slightly behind his calling range, it's better than calling.
I think !luck's ranges are overly pessimistic, but that's hard to discuss since we weren't given any sort of stats or general notes about how this player plays. If he's an unknown, I'm including some random broadways in his range that includes a lot of AhX and KhX and QhX stuff on the flop.

lol, no joke, the way you format your posts inspired me to actually begin writing a response to this HH in the form of a shakespearean sonnet. like, i'd written a closing couplet and a couple of opening lines and shit.
buuuuuut, i'm too lazy for that ish. anyway, the hand's obv played fine, and now just fold the river. folding the turn to the min-raise seems tre silly.
for those of you who were curious, this was going to be my closing couplet:
"So bet the turn, then call, then river fold,
And 'member not the words that Roller told."
not the most beautiful shit ever written, but it's legitly iambic, and at worst, more poetic than Roller's closing line of "Pooooop"

On the turn its shove or fold,
Calling sucks you should be told.
!luck put him on a range,
but Eragotte should do the same.
Like Spoony said just ship it in,
and if you lose take note of him.
If you win, you have to now,
bust out with the BLING BLANG BLAOW

FYP? You're trying to ask how folding is better than calling right? I'll give you my point of view
hows a haiku?
calling sucks because
he owns us on the river
when he hits his draws
We might be behind his calling a shove range, but we always have some equity if he turns up with the top of his range. When he is doing this with a draw, shoving allows him to make some mistakes, gives us some fold equity and takes away his fold equity on the river since he now has the initiative should we flat his turn minraise. Also, we should never be calling this minraise with the intention of folding to a shove on the river, so if we aren't going to fold to a shove, we should be shoving ourselves.
