As you are aware of, the days for BigBetPoker to close down his doors is counting down very fast... The 31st is only a few weeks ahead.

We are in the process of assisting players and affiliates with their payouts.

If you are a player and you are also in the process of making a withdrawal or are having plans to, please read this.

As of January 14th, the livechat is no longer available for assistance. In order to contact the support team, you can send an e-mail to support@bigbetpoker.com

The support team will be more than happy to assist you within 24 hours.

Keep in mind that you have until the 31st to request your payout. Because of high volume of payouts, it is possible that your payout depending on the method, takes a bit longer than usual to reach you.

We do thank you for your patience and understanding.

Cheers,

Melanie
