It looks to me like he may have not made a flush.

1) What hands do you think he could have had to call your Pre flop raise?

2) Narrow down them hands and introduce some new ones that would make him want to hang in with your flop bet.

3) same with the turn

4) The river didnt help you, A two pair board screams a full house. Isnt any call a waste of money?

It helps you if you put him on some kindof range earlier.

edit, thanks vinland

uhhhh, no flush possible???

Put a range of hands that he may hold on the turn/river and then look at which of those you beat. There may be a few Kx hands that call the flop and turn but your PSB on river will not get called by a hand you beat unless he's quite bad...
I confess in quicksand

You can't check/call since you are in position. I play it alot like OP, but I bet a bit more on turn and a bit less on river. I bet/fold $7 on the river because he is probably going to call with any king and sometimes he will think your full of crap and call with A high.

always always bet river here, you get value from hands like AK KQ KJ which are all atleast partially in his range... especially if you plan to check call because then he is value betting his good boats but checking the hands you beat. unless you sole read this guy and see his A10 or TT or something crazy then bet bet bet... Id go a bit bigger on the turn and river, like 4.25 then 11.5

This. Although if I bet $4 on the turn I'd bet/fold $8 or $9 on the river.

rpm has a spectacular aura aboutrpm has a spectacular aura aboutrpm has a spectacular aura about
i bet like $3.50-$4 on the turn for value and then something thin like 6-7 (into 12, as it would be) on that river because its hard to fold top pair getting 3:1, man. his check (as well as the two-paired board) seems to polarise his range to fullhouses at one end, and weak kings/ace highs at the other. we want to tailor our riverbet sizing to getting value from the part of his range we actually get value from (weak kings, whatever). i think your psb on river only gets calls from the better part of his range.
