I just deposited $600 with Full Tilt, and have the $100 "new software" bonus to grind through as well.

My question is, what is the best way to grind through the bonus? Play 50NL 2-3 tables or so as a 20/12/3? 8-table 25NL as a 10/8/3 nit? SNGs? HU SNG's?

I'm comfortable with SNG's on PokerStars, but have found the FTP SNG's at the same level a little more stationy, which should play into my favor, but I've had trouble busting out in situations where I could get $16 Stars players to either fold out or pay off hands as I wanted them to, but the FTPers are calling looser on the bubble, calling more preflop along the way, etc., so I've got to adjust if I'm going to stick with that.

Point is, I am wondering what the quickest (most efficient?) way to grind through the bonus is, in people's opinions. I've got like 3000 ring hands logged, and lost a BUNCH (like $150) in the first 1000 hands paying off sets, flushes, two pair, etc., but have been flat to a little up for the last 2000 hands at 25NL, so I feel like I've passed the spewy learning curve there.

That being the case, do I nit it up at 25NL and multi-multi-table it? Or focus on fewer 50NL tables (I know it's a bankroll stretch at 50NL, with only 10 buyins, but my true roll is closer to $900 across all sites)? Or stick with the SNGs? I know at those, I pick up $0.42 per $1 in fee, so the $11 SNGs would require me to play 1428 SNGs to clear the bonus, which feels like this side of forever.

Thoughts?

Do you have any reason to believe that you can beat 25nl or 50nl or $11 SNGs? Just curious.

Additionally, I hope you got rakeback.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

Yeah, I believe I can beat the $11 SNGs because I have about 600 under my belt at the $16 level on Stars with about a 15% ROI. I'm kinda burnt out on running 4 ICM-based screens though, and wanted to vary my game a little. I learned real fast (like 2 sessions, 1000 hands, and the $150 I mentioned) that cash games are high-variance if you're a laggy donktard and pay off set after set after straight after flush. I learned to believe them when they shove the river after calling my 3-barrel bluffs. (duh)

Over the next 2000 hands, I've been basically breakeven, not including the bonus clearing. I signed up for rakeback through FUll tilt's rackbackpros.com.

I thought that playing SNG during happy hour is the best way to earn the FT bonus. Is this true? OR I am wrong?

daven will become famous soon enough
the style you play at a cash table makes no difference to clear rate, i.e. 20-16 vs 10-8. My advice, stick to 25nl

don't 3-barrel bluff at 25nl
don't use bad bankroll management just to clear a bonus
you have 60days, that's heaps of time.

sngs and mtts are horrible for bonus clearing
