If your looking to start out small ($100 or less) go to your local drug or grocery store and pick up a Visa prepaid gift card. For a $100 one its costs about $106. They work just like debit cards. This is all if your debit card is not a Visa and you don't want to get a credit card.

Now with your Visa debit card you can deposit on epassporte.com. Once you do that you can then deposit on Full Tilt and Poker Stars. I say Visa card because you need to have a Visa brand to deposit on epassporte. I don't think it works with any other brand, but I could be wrong. If you want to play on Bodog you don't have to go through epasspote. You can deposit directly with your debit card, although I'm not sure what brands they take.

if you're going to be moving money from site to site an ANY time, then epassporte is the way to go. They have a fee to load your account, but transferring from site to site is free.

I thought I read that ePassporte can involve a significant delay before deposits go through. Not a big deal as I can wait a few days before eroding a bankroll...

I heard that too but I was playing within 20min. There is a conformation step for epassporte in which they take out a small amount of money (between $.01 and $2.00) and you have to call up your credit card place and ask how much they took out. Now they don't keep this money of course it's just to check to see if you really own the card or not. Now when I did this it was super easy for me because I used a Visa gift card and with that you can go to gift2go.net and check how much they took out within seconds. This is the only step that I can see taking any amount of time at all. The rest happens instantly.
