PokerStars hands down. And everyone will agree with me on this one.
I know you asked for 3, but you should find everything you need there. No need to play elsewhere.

It's not what's inside that counts. Have you seen what's inside?
Internal organs. And they're getting uglier by the minute.

A voice for the other side. I too happen to like Stars structure and they have lots of tourneys. But don't avoid other sites. Paradise now has lots of guarnateed tourneys as well (but their structures vary regarding time levels of blinds and they don't have the 800/1600 level like Stars does so once you go from 600/1200 you quickly jump to 1000/2000 and it can quickly become an fold/push game). Bodog is known for lots of overlays. FullTilt has decent guaranteed tourneys every night and althouhg their blind levels go up quickly they increments are small so that site is well suited for a player who doesn't like to sit and camp early and become aggressive later but just likes to be aggressive throughout. UltimateBet is also known to have a good tourney structure (but I haven't played their often).
I wouldn't limit yourself to one Site - check em all out.

Stars is great for variety with lots of low buy ins.
Keep in mind however that these get alot of attention and what I have noticed with the deep starting stacks (1500 ) take a long time. Twice as long as Party. I play Party alot. The shorter stacks and lots of fish help the tourneys go a little faster.

True, but a higher starting stack gives better players more of an edge.

Not to hijack your thread or anything, but I was just curious why you think the $10RA 45k on Stars is the best tourney? I think soupie mentioned it before. Is it because the average buy in to prize pool ratio is the best, or is it because there is the most fish/dead money in it, or both?
For the original question I have to jump on the bandwagon and say Stars all the way! (SnGs and MTTs)

The big issue I have with Stars is that you lot all play there!! I like Pokerroom's tourneys, and Pacific for turbos.

Yeah, for a relativitly small buy in, you have a good shot at a 12K to 14K win.
