Alright,

I'm tired of being an FPP whore. I play about 5k hands a day, but I haven't gotten any better since I moved up to 25nl, and even though I'm doing alright right now I know eventually my ptbb/100 is going to drop, so I'd rather play a few more hours a day to play 3k a day and try and crank out another 1ptbb/100.

I don't know what a good medium would be for this though also do you think that 4 tables of fast six max is better than 6 tables of regular six max?

I like the fast ones because I don't need to think too much at these levels anyway yet you get to know the players better at the same time rather than spreading it around, plus more hands means more stats.

Your thoughts?

Also, I think I might start getting a coach, could someone recommend me someone for 25NL?

Thanks.

Here's a thought. How many people come through here mutlitabling a shit ton and playing 5K hands a day and make the money, I mean the real money. There are only a handful, and by handful I mean probably less than 5 people on here playing $200NL and up grinding that many hands a day. I would think you'd be better off slowing down, playing a ton less hands and tripling your bb/100.

I have learned the hard way that hitting the ceiling causes all sorts of grief. My game got far worse as I moved up grinding hands. I paid the price with my whole BR by the time I calmed down thinking I was a $100+NL player. Get a coach, study more, and learn to beat the game, don't just play 5K hands a day for months on end to get to $25NL is it?.

I would ask Spenda, Stacks or any other decent reg on this site, including some of the Grinderschool guys that all would probably let you have a couple hours for a buy in or two, and you may need to drop down after paying them but seriously, if they help you get to 10bb/100 or more how long will you be at $10NL, $25NL or even $50NL?
