I would like to know from any and players who have not gone bust for ATLEAST 1 YEAR what they recommend having for playing No Limit Texas Hold Em sitting at 1 table and multiple tables....Also, wouldnt it be dangerous to risk more then 20% of my bankroll at one time for example playing a $5-10nl table with 4k in my roll and sitting with 1k which would mean im risking 25% of my total bankroll>? PLEASE HELP

You should only be risking 5% (1/20th) of your bankroll on any one table. If this number ever peaks up over 10% becuase of a bad run, it's time to drop down in limits. Bad luck happens and you shouldn't stretch your roll too thin.

As to SNG's and MTT's you should at least have 20X the buy in

SNG's you need 35 buyins to not play "money scared" after when you are down 15 buyins. MTT's, I think you need much more than 20 buyins, because your risk of ruin is quite high otherwise. I would think you need at least 60 buyins

I think 60X the buy in is an exaggeration man....IMO if you have had a 50 buy in swing then you shouldnt be playing that level of SNG's.

I agree with you that if you dont feel confident you should have 35X the buy in, i think that number is perfect but 60 is just way over the top

60 buyin was for MTTs where you can go a long time with no big cash.
