Hello
I am a new member, and a fairly new online player. I've been playing for maybe 2 weeks on Pokerstars. My friend sent me 10 bucks and now I have 70.
I am currently playing at the .01/.02 cent blind tables (5x). I've tried the .05/.10 tables and seem to play well there, although there were occasions of downswings, such as AK vs A10, 10 on the river, making his 2 pair.
Is there a rule that I should go by? Some people say I should go there when I have $100, and others are saying $200+.

You have plenty of money to play the .05/.1 game.

Also if you do a search (toward the top of the page) you'll find lots of information on bankroll management.

I'd say .05/.10 is the area you should be playing in, but maybe not as many tables.
