This is a hand from a $1.10 45-player Sat to the Sunday 100K. CO seems to be a reasonable player and I don't think he'd bluff with his entire stack. Especially as I've been showing/playing good hands only and have a tight image.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t50 (7 handed) Poker-Stars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

MP2 (t955)
CO (t4895)
Button (t4640)
Hero (t5010)
BB (t3470)
UTG (t3150)
MP1 (t3000)

Preflop: Hero is SB with Qh, Kc.
2 folds, MP2 calls t50, CO raises to t100, 1 fold, Hero calls t75, BB calls t50, MP2 calls t50.

Flop: (t400) Ad, Ks, Qc (4 players)
Hero bets t450, BB calls t450, MP2 folds, CO raises to t4795, Hero folds, BB folds.

Final Pot: t1750

I folded because a wrong call here would have seriously crippled my tournament.
Thinking about it after he had pushed, I believed the minimum bet pre-flop was trying to get some action from the blinds with a monster.

Tough call, but I dont imagine he would have went all in with just top pair, which means he had 2 pair minimum. and with that flop, his 2 pair was almost definately better than yours, and a set had you beat.

with a 2x preflop raise, he may have even had J-10s

Probably a good fold, there's more hands that beat you here than there are that you beat. Plus, even after your flop bet, you're still in good shape relative to the blinds and the rest of the chip stacks.

This is a tough one, my first thought was the all in was a protective bet, if he has the straight or a set he still has two of you in to bleed, the bet folds you both out. I think you are ahead here, but I don't know if I would have bet the tournament on the feeling. All things considered I think this is a good fold though.

Thanks all for taking the time to look at one of my hands.

At the time I didn't consider J10, but it seems the most likely now.

On a positive note, I did eventually knock him out a few hands later and finished 3rd.
