Villain is 14/0 over 7 hands, so no real reads as of yet, but I felt the 2pair was for sure the best hand especially on the dry board and tried to get the most value of this hand from all streets. What could I have done differently?

I'd prefer betting more than preflop on the flop. I'd bet around $0.14 to get more value weaker aces. What's the point of betting $0.20 into a pot of $0.48 on the turn? If you're betting for value shouldn't you bet more since he is likely to have atleast a pair of queens because of his flop min-raise? How is he perceiving your play? What are your stats at the table? Was the only other hand he played when he was in the big blind?
