When the 4rth card of a suit hits on the river, 2 or 3 saw the flop and it's heads-up on the river, it's usually correct to bet.

Isn't this one kind of obvious? If you don't think they hold the flush, you should bluff that you do.

People will almost always fold if they don't have a flush and there's 4 of a suit on the board.

I do this regularly. Along with board pairs, its the most successful time to bluff.
