Ok,
Spoon wanted me to post my stats, so here it is:
Summary:

Positions

Graph

So yeah, this is where I stand currently. Just noticed a few leaks myself from the position tab. Playing way too much SB.
Ready for the beating on this one.....

* At some point in your NLHE career you'll start to realize good situations to open limp. But for now, stop open limping. Completely 100% stop it.
* You're too tight in late position. Go read this: Blind Stealing 101 - Poker Forums
* You might be calling raises and limping after limpers too much pre-flop. I can't really tell because your open limping could be skewing the CCPF stat. Go read this: Raising Behind Limpers - Poker Forums
Make these adjustments and play another 10k hands and then make another stats post like this filtered for only those 10k hands.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

Yes, please stop open limping. There's nothing fishier than limping and it's not profitable against anyone that's not a retard. VP$IP and PFR are still too far apart and you're definitely way too loose from UTG. Tighten up in EP, fold more, steal more, call less, etc, etc.

Closing the gap between your vpip/pfr is a must do if you want to make money. I took this same advice recently and automatically saw the benefits. It's not very hard to do but you have to practice the discipline to break your current habits. Fold all hands that you're not comfortable raising with in early positions. For me this meant folding 22-66 and hands like KQo. Open limping with these hands leaves you playing out of position, with a crap hand and little to no initiative. Do a search for davens planning hands post for some examples and a better explanation.
The other half of this is to raise more when you're in position obv. There's more involved here because you need to know the tendencies of those behind you to make the right decision. I'm not the guy to give you much advice on the subject because I'm trying to figure it out myself, just make sure you understand why you're raising and against who.

Well i did 4 tables before going to work out (4 seperate tables...) and my vp/pfr was definitly where it needed to be, and it showed... i was running something like 10/10/8 across a 100 on one, 11/11/5 on another, and 13/11/4 on the other.
Won a good 4.5 buy in pot because of it. So woohoo!!... I'm feeling good thou... learning a lot... IRC is definitly helping me.

Okay that's a bit too tight...

What was your attempt to steal?

Go under the sessions tab and in the drop-down box at the top pick "Sessions - By Time" and then choose the session you want to look at (double-click it, it turns bold) and it will filter automatically for just that session in the other tabs.

Isn't a pfr >50% of vpip fairly ok?

When it gets that low it turns into not raising enough instead.
