CO is 12/7 with a 3-bet of 0 over 140 hands and is a multitabling mega nit by the looks of things. I can't see him ever bluffing here and I think a likely range for him is [AA KK QQ AK] if he even 3 bets this wide.
MP is a 65/4 donk who can't fold preflop so MPs 3 bet is very likely strictly for value. I'm not sure he's paying enough attention to be opneing up his value 3 bet range though vs the donk and I feel would also be dettered from 3 betting JJ or AQ for value given that I opened utg. I'm running 26/22 on this table after about 50 hands.
So yeah, I feel like our equity is about 40% at absolute best and see no reason why we should ship here. Maybe I should flat though for set value and because his range contains AK which he probably plays fit or fold with post flop given this station being involved and us being multiway.
Now I think about it think calling seems better, and this fold seems retarded, thoughts?

totally and completely fine. i'm glad you posted this hand, though, because it shows some people in the BC that there are times when you can snap fold QQ and AK preflop and raising UTG and being 3b by a nit who's never 3b over a 140 hand sample falls under that category

So a nit in the CO 3bets your UTG raise and you think folding your QQ OOP is bad?

That's how winners play; we convince the other guy he's making all the right moves.

Not bad, but I think calling is +EV if AK is in his range, given that he wont be c betting post flop and I can potentially stack the fish. Like if I called, my plan for the hand would be to fold to any bet on any flop by CO unless I hit my set. So it's set mining with a bonus.
