First hand I'm really not sure, I think I'd check call the flop, that might be a mistake...

Second hand you need to raise a lot more preflop with two limpers. I'd raise at least .30, probs more.

Hand1:

What do you think he's calling two streets with? It's almost never ace high, and usually a pair on a trip board. There's no draws he could have so his range is basically a pair or a ten by the river. When he shoves the river, it should be pretty obvious that you're beat, unless your read is "absolutely crazy f'n maniac", and even then it's a marginal call.

Hand 1: You like Ace high here? AK is a drawing hand that should be very easy to lay down on a missed flop. How do you call that river?

Hand 2: Meh. Unless he's a huge donk, I'm probably just calling the 3-bet and folding the turn if he continues.

Don't post results.

Use the hand converter!!

Hand 1: c-bet flop is fine, c/f turn, c/f river.
Call river??? what the hell? You have A high! ANY pair beats you.

Hand 2: raise 30 pre-flop.
Flop is an easy fold when you get raised.

We should be giving up the first hand, ESPECIALLY on the river. For all intents and purposes we have nothing. What did you think he was calling your bets with?

As for the second one, the bet is fine, however once you get raised it is generally time to give it up. You have top pair but you don't have much of a kicker (with a jack for a kicker you only beat around half of the possible top pair combinations), wheras his range here is sets, flushes and maybe flush draws. No hands that raise you here will fold to your re-raise, so you're putting money in the pot that you don't really expect to see again
