Hi guys.
I've just started reading some of the post here and notice that some of the more experienced posters have offered to do an analysis of an individuals hand history. I've been playing on P/Stars & Absolute Poker for about 3 months - with mixed results. Its very frustrating because I do quite well being disciplined and careful...only to somehow loose my entire BR the next day. I think patience is the key for me. I play really well when I'm patient, but get emotional when I play patiently without results...

BUT BACK TO MY ORIGINAL POINT -lol

Could someone tell me how to go about obtaining a hand history, and what I should post if someone would be good enough to analyse it for me.

Many thanks

I don't play Absolute. But at PokerStars and at most sites there is usually a hand history request that you can find under their options tag. Pokerstars is nice because you can get an entire MTT history whereas other sites (e.g. Paradise) will only give you your last 100 hands so you need to constantly request hand histories.

As far as posting your hand histories. The idea is to post hands which gave you problems, hands which you think you could have played better, etc. Post em, ask your questions and (usually) you'll get responses.

And when you post hand histories try and include as much information about the table/ players involved as you can e.g. BB has been raising for the last 6 straight hands preflop, UTG hasnt played a hand since i got here over an hour ago etc.
gabe: Ive dropped almost 100k in the past 35 days.

bigspenda73: But how much did you win?
