hand 1: bet turn a bit bigger, now fold river as its very difficult for you to have the best hand unless villain turned a pair into a bluff which youll rarely see at these stakes.
2: 3bet bigger preflop. river is closer in this hand because you are ahead of a few things and its only a potsized bet, but its pretty likely you got smoked on the river here as well.

Preflop, I would make it .32 to go.
Flop: Bet a little bigger, maybe a little less than pot size.
Turn: I would probably make it around .85 or .90 to go rather than .70.
River: Usually you are beat here with the river shove but it depends on what his range is. I doubt I am getting away from this hand though.
Was this 6 max or full ring?
