I don't think that's right.
If I'm not mistaken, it means no allin protection. It has nothing to do with being allin, it means if you're involved in a hand and are disconnected, your hand will be auto checked. If anyone bets you will auto fold. If allin protection had been enabled, and you got disconnected while in a pot, you would be treated as "allin." This means your hand will be checked through, and you will not be folded.
If you can make sense of that.

That is so exploitable it's not even funny. "Ugh, no clue if I'm beat or not here.. time to pull the plug on my internet again.."

i agree
it would be great for draws
but i'm glad that the poker sites are getting rid of people disconnecting and staying in the hand
i tried switching from sNgs to ring about 2 years ago on party and they still allowed it and it was abused(switch was unsuccessful)

It totally kills poker because stack sizes become irrelevant. You can't put pressure on anyone, they just pull the plug and ride it out, whether they have $1 or $10 behind.
Not just draws.. basically, you pull the plug whenever you think you might be beat! Hm I have TP and I get raised... is my opponent bluffing or not? Who cares! *disconnect*
