I think TPTK no goot.... w/ no PF RR or Flop push, I'm excluding AA. So by the time he bets into you again on the Turn, after you've raised his @ss twice, I'm guessing AK (incl AK hearts), Kx hearts (KQ,KJ likely), Ax hearts, some other heart suited/gapped connector crap is all in his range. I think AA, set, two-pair get more aggressive on the Flop or clam up / shove the turn.
You're pretty much committed if you put anything in on the Turn, and I don't see a lot that you're beating, and by the River even less...
Your flop raise bloated the pot in what I'm assuming was a "win the hand right there" move. The down side was you're now at the commitment threshold before the Turn comes, and sitting with only TPTK. With only 5 outs to improve (possible to 2nd best hand once the FD hits...), I'm folding without mad compelling read not to.
Another option would have been to just call the flop bet, and re-evaluate on the Turn. You may have been able to get a cheap showdown out him, or at least get to the inevitable River for less....
