You're sitting at 25NL 6max table on the big blind. You have AKo. Games are generally loose at this level. Unknown player at MP raises for 4bb, others fold. Effective stack sizes are 100bb. Do you usually...

a) Raise more than standard amount because you prefer him to fold PF rather than play it OOP?

b) Raise less than standard amount because you don't want to brew a big pot OOP with this hand?

c) Smooth call?

d) Raise a standard amount?

e) Something else for some other reasons?

Normally a raise to $3 and a c-bet will take the pot down. When you re-raise at $25 the vast majority of players put you on AA/KK only IMO.

id raise 70% of the time and call 30% just to mix it up a bit and the fact i dont like to play oop.
