CO is a loose-aggro/fish running 56/5 w/76afq. He'd limp/call with any 2 suited cards, showdown with bottom pair, chase all sorts of flushes and gutshots. I think my line was pretty straightforward here, c/c the turn didn't make sense to me even with a safe card like that due to him having so little behind. Could I have possibly have played this differently against a guy like this whose range my hand absolutely dominates? What would you do if he raised the flop?

This... it doesnt matter if he shows up with QT, KJ, K9 here occasionally, going on your read hes going to pay you off with far worse a large portion of the time.. worse K's, J's, maybe a heart or combo draw etc..

!Luck is on a distinguished road
If I would change anything is that I would be more on the flop 4.0.

i agree with !Luck. more on the flop probably doesnt change his calling range. so you are equally ahead of his $3.20 calling as you are his $4 calling range. Thus i think $4 wins your ee vee's. pretty standard otherwise imo.
