Hand 1: Villain is running at 16/14/2.8, 3bets 6% of hands, folds 80% of the time when he is 3bet over 250 hands
My question
- Is my 4bet good? how about the size?
- Should I call his shove?

Well I'm not really sure about the 4b... However, I'm also not really incredibly comfortable shorthanded. However a few things to consider. (1) Your opening from EP. Therefore, this is the tightest range you will have. (2) Villain is 3betting OOP, against your tight range. Therefore, if villain is a thinking player his range should be relatively tight here as well.

However, as played, the pot is $14.35. You need to call $7.15. So your getting just a tad over 2:1 pot odds, therefore you need 33% equity against villains range to have a BE call.

Against QQ+, AK, we have 38% equity so this seems like a call to me.

My experience is limited, but every time I've been in one of these situations they never have QQ. I'm struggling with 3betting ranges b/c I keep including QQ in them and they never show up with it. Given that I would put his range at KK+ and AK, which I don't know off the top of my head our equity but it's probably close to a call.

If i was gonna 4bet it would be a fair bit smaller, $2.75ish. Personally tho i'd call the 3bet and see a flop against this player since we have position.

at this level I'd call or fold PF

and kettle is correct about the 4bet size, $2.75 would be fine although I'd rarely 4bet here ever.

I'd call everytime. The only reason not to 4 bet is because sb is 3 betting. Unless he's shown he's capable of doing that when his hand doesn't dictate it, I'd flat his tree-bets.

littleogre has a little shameless behaviour in the past
just flat call villans 3-bet pf by 4-beting you are forcing a race against a range that you are likely a dog against lets say villan 3-bets 22+,AQ+,AQs+ your AK is only gonna win 43.933 percent of the time according to poker stove.

Also WRT 4 betting, I'd like to add that you should never be doing it with a hand this strong if you don't know what you'll do if villain shoves. It's a waste of such pretty cards.
