UTG calls $0.02, MP1 calls $0.02, 1 fold, CO calls $0.02, 1 fold, SB bets $0.14, Hero raises to $0.36, 3 folds, SB raises to $0.98 (All-In), Hero????

I need 42% equity. No reads on villain.

You're calling $0.62 and you'll profit $1.35 on your call after the rake if you win at showdown, so you need 31.5% equity. This is break even if your opponent's range is {QQ+, AsKs}, so I don't really see the point of this thread.
