original opener is 30-30 over 7, caller (villain) is 14-0 over 7. I 3b smaller than might be standard cos of effective stack sizes. Good idea?

i normally just go $3.6 on the flop and plan to shove a heap of turns. that could well be a bad play though.

gingerwizard is an unknown quantity at this point
With villains stats he has an over pair or a set here like always. Maybe put 66-99+ into stove to see what the equity is like. If he can fold JJ- it probably is a shove.
This is not my signature. I just write this at the bottom of every post.

What is he calling on the flop that folds on the turn here?

I make it a bit more on the flop here (maybe $4) to make it a non-overbet shove on the turn if/when I hit my A, K, or diamond.

I give up when I don't. He's not folding his overpair and/or set.

That's how winners play; we convince the other guy he's making all the right moves.
