The BB has less than 20 hands against him and I have not been watching him closely.
My only read on the BB is he is short stack.
PREFLOP: Not sure if I should be raising ajs UTG, but I did. 3x BB is standard.
Flop: I think this is a good flop, because if I am behind I can catch up to anything but pocket tens. AA and KK here is unlikely as I have an ace and those hands generally would re raise me preflop.
Turn: Turn couldn't really help anyone, unless they stuck with 55s, which is unlikely but I will keep in the range. At this point, I "feel" that he maybe on a flush/straight draw or have a straight already and slow playing.
Due to the risk of allow free cards I bet again and get called.
River:
Brings a 10 and an all in, if the better had more money this would be tough. With a short stack and my initial read of SD FD, he might bluff, by calling im getting 4 to one odds, so I feel like I have to do it. If the all in was pot size I would let it go.
Please comment on pre flop, flop and turn.

Everything is fine in your analysis. However, this:

should be reflected in the range you put your opponent on.
Good work.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

you have to call 80c to win like 3.35, i dont think you even have to think about folding here but i agree a bigger bet would make it a lot more of a thinker. there are enough bluffs and splits in his range to make your call +EV for sureeee
i like how u played the rest of the hand, AJs is a pretty standard utg open 8 handed i would think and you bet each street well
