Im trying to move from SnGs to cash game.
Im not sure where i made a mistake. Did I play too agresiv or should i fold...??

as far as the hand, I fold on the turn
I also prefer calling preflop instead of 3-betting, but I think it's fine, although my general 3b size is pot or slightly bigger than pot when out of position
raising pot would be $1

I wouldn't 3bet on AJs out of position. Then I am folding the turn. Why throw more money into this small pot, with nothing? You missed, let it go.
