It's an easy dump if you get reraised.
If you're not raising with these hands in late position for fear of being reraised, you gotta "get out of the kiddie pool and start makin' moves."

You mean the revolver, sir?
Precisely.

IMO, it depends what limits your playing and if your playing NL or L.
In micro limit (which is what i play ATM), I'll raise with AJ but only limp with KJ. The reasoning behind this is that the people at the micros play pretty much any damn ace. Now, if i get reraised, with AJ, i'll easily call. But with KJ, Im very cautious, for me to call i have to have a pretty good read on my players. I do take a few flops with KJ and if i dont hit, easy fold.

I'd usually limp KJ and AJ in EP and MP, making the most raises with them in LP, although I'd usually drop both these hands to a decent raise in full table NL ring.

If you are not raiseing you will lose money with these hands.

as a good example of this, i had aj in a .5/.10 room, was sb, had a lot of folders before me, so i just raised it up to .35. got called by 2. flop was like 446, bet .30 got called by 1 (big stack who was decent but became a calling station sometimes bc of the big stack), turn rag bet .30 got called by big stack, river Q bet .30 he folded.
Pre-flop, it all depends on the amount of the reraise. If you throw out a weak bet, like 3xBB and it gets raised to 6x, i'd call it. If you throw out a 6x and it gets raised to 12x, unless i had more info about the player i'd think twice.

Against a table of people who play Arag without fear, I am every reluctant to raise with KJ. I will call a raise with AJ and three bet it if there are a lot of people trapped between me and the raiser.
I'm still a microboy; it has worked out well for me at these levels, but would not 3 bet it if I was at a higher level.

I limp in with them... AJ is only good if you make two pair or pair the J... KJ, two pair or straight... i never raise with them, and if there is a decent size raise i fold
