I like to let my Cards dictate my aggression frequency. They seem to be just random enough to make it seem like I'm gettin' out of line when I'm really not.

If you want to vary your aggression though, I suggest Early on being "too aggressive", and getting players to lean on you so you can stack them. Then once they start playing timidly around you, get aggressive on them again.

But for the most part, you shouldn't get out of line too often... easy way to give away money.
The older I get, the more I start wondering; Just what in the hell is going on here?

Post-flop is where all of the money is. If you pay close enough attention so many players play with their hand strength face-up on the table.

The tricky part is knowing how far they'll go once you figure that they're weak.

Yeah, there are some spots where some players are basically betting any two cards. It's fun to set-up up and call the bet. It's not like the fuckers are calling much of anything anyway.

Anyway, I've just had a fustrating little run of calling down guys who bet like 1/4 pot or less with a pairish hand when I'm on the come. Then they lead like $10 into a $100 pot on the river and I have to fold....

Another good one is Won $ at Showdown % because it gives you an idea of how often they're going deep with bad hands.
