Playing within my bankroll for a change, well close anyways. Villan is 70/3 over 41 hands? Just downloaded trial of PT. VP$IP=70.73, PFR=2.44 Just making sure I've got that part right.
Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.10 BB (5 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com
BB ($14.01)
UTG ($5.27)
MP ($13.47)
Button ($19.65)
Hero (SB) ($11.76)
Preflop: Hero is SB with A , 2
BB calls $0.10, 1 fold, MP calls $0.10, 1 fold, Hero checks
Flop: ($0.35) A , 2 , 8 (3 players)
Hero checks, BB checks, MP bets $0.10, Hero raises to $0.40, 1 fold, MP calls $0.30
Turn: ($1.15) 10 (2 players)
Hero bets $1, MP raises to $2.10, Hero calls $1.10
River: ($5.35) K (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $5 Hero???
Total pot: $5.35
The flop I'm puting him on FD. The turn I'm thinking a pair+FD. The river bet has me thinking he's missed and trying to scare me off the pot. Should I have 3bet the turn?

Perflop looks all screwy, somethings gone wrong with the converter there - the BB doesn't 'call $0.10' and act first, and the hero doesn't 'check' the SB :P
Personally, I would have lead out on the flop, you're usually ahead here of most of his ginormous range (70/3). By the looks of things, he has a flush draw +/ a pair or something similar. On the rare chance that this guy shows up here with a made flush, you'll unfortunately always pay him off more often then not, but thankfully this is more than made up for the times he calls you down with a draw so I think its the best line here. Even if he does have the flush, you've still got 4 outs for a house. So go ahead, deny him his drawing odds and bet him down to the river if the 4 flush doesn't hit.
If you are going to check raise, raise more to deny him odds of drawing to the flush. Currently, he's getting something like 2.8-1 to call here, which means he has correct odds should he call.

Something did go haywire with the convertor. I was the BB, UTG called and villan was on the button. I felt like someone would bet this flop so to checked first. Check/raise to maybe 0.80 then potsize the turn?

There is no reason to auto put him on the draw. He could have the flush. 3 betting the turn In my opinion is a bad move because if he has the flush u just wasted a bet and are still going to be looking at a 5+ doller bet on the river. If he dint have the flush it was just a good play, you gotta fold to that both ways.
