Under my ring game statistics, poker tracker lists one pair and 2 pairs as HUGE negatives in my game - like a thousand bucks since I got PT.

This is also including folds, however, so its not like Im showing down with em and losing. Also, this doesnt count the times where my 2 pairs or 1 pair improved to 3 of a kinds or full houses.

Anyone else have such a shitty record w/ 1 pair and 2 pair?

Look at the differences between top 2 pair and bottom two pair ( or top and bottom pair, etc.). I doubt top two pair is an overall loser or at least not by much. Considering that even with bottom 2 pair people most people will invest significat money and go deep into a hand only to have one of those 2 pair counterfeited by the board, it's not all that suprising.

Yea, it seems like my two pairs always get counterfeited and I end up folding...so add that to the deficit

I wonder how I could minimize this problem. If I woulda folded every single two pair id be better off.

I'm actually slightly positive with 2 pair. Everything above that is pretty decent bread. 3-o-k isn't as high on the list as I expected though...Somehow it surprises me that straights > 3-o-k > flushes. Part of my boats are obviously 3-o-k's improving too though, so I s'pose that explains it some.
I run a training site...

Are you sure this doesn't count your two pairs that are part of the board?

Ex:
You hold AK

Flop comes A T 7 (nobody cares about the suits right now. You won't get a flush. :P)
Turn: T
River 4

You now have two pair, Aces and 10s, even though you really didn't catch two pair.

I think pokertracker still counts this as two pair, so I wouldn't start going around folding two pair all the time.

Right.

My most profitable hand is 76os, followed by 76s and QQ over 10,000 hands. Somethings need to be looked at in perspective.

saw flop: 1449

if I mark the 'Show only hands that were not folded'

then I get:

This month for NL $25
Saw flop 150 (not good for stats, so disregard this post, I guess.)
net amount +213

hands not folded: 119
net amount + 267

I suck way more at one pair
(-$149)

and on hands not folded: No pair
(-$57)
To win in poker you only need to be one step ahead of your opponents. Two steps may be detrimental.

Oops I just looked at pokertracker again and I must have been crosseyed because my 2 pairs are positive $212 including folded hands.

It was my high card and one pairs that are negative when I did include folded hands. Nevermind me

Hey this is interesting - when i include folds my high card only it is a big negative, but when I filter it for hands that were not folded my net is $700. I guess its from followup bets after raising PF. But then again, if I woulda just folded them all it woulda saved me a lot of money. But then again again if I always check/folded with em then id be a weakass predictable poker player.
