I would raise a bit more on the flop; $0.30-0.35 seems good with AA.

As played, I would bet about $0.50, but I'm a tourney player not a cash player.

Yeah bet about 0,50$... it isn't very easy to react if he calls or raises since this is a flop where he almost can't fold pocket pairs with out testing that do you have a K or better pocket pair... Because you would do the same continuation be t with Aq,AJ At and with all hands you raise preflop but didn't hit this flop...
