I've been reading Sklansky's No Limit Hold 'em Theory and Practice and one on the concepts he presents is not to raise an amount that tells you opponents you have a great hand and gives them the implied odds to draw to beat you. Have I done that here?
Do I need fold the flop re-raise?
Further information:
emil_mircev is running at 75/38/1.5 over 40 and his range could be very large. He is open min-raising pretty much all his above average hands.
MP2 dck8u is running at 28/3/0.8 over 29. Nothing much else on her play, other than the fact she seems to have some grasp of calling with correct pot odds.

Fixed. Sorry it's hard to find a converter that actually works for Pacific. It seems like it didn't indicate the flop, turn, river clearly.
I've noticed the villain's re-raise size was a bit wrong in original post. Might there be a case for just calling the flop bet and re-evaluating on the turn?
This is 0.03/0.06 blinds with deep stacks.

the guy minraised you on the flop and he's very passive
he either has a strong draw (on this board this could only be the nut flush draw) or a two pair+ a lot of the time
however, he's actually not deep and he could be raising QQ+ for value
it kind of sucks, but given that he's not 200BB deep I think we can just flat and invite mircev to overcall and get it in on a safe turn
disclaimer: I have no idea how that plays out three way because I suck at multiway pots

I think you need to re-assess playing more than 100bb deep for the time being since you are coming over from SNGs. Until you get a better handle of player's ranges for stacking off deep you're going to spew in spots that wouldn't be spew 100bb deep.
