SB was 67/9 over 100 hands. He'd been calling loads of pre-flop raises and loads of flop bets, but I hadn't seen him check-raise before. I don't see him making this move with a draw. Do I just call and see what he does on the river? Is folding here really bad?
Hold'em No Limit ($0.05/$0.10)
Hero ($10.60)
BTN ($10.27)
SB ($11.71)
BB ($2.79)
Preflop: Hero is UTG with A , A .
Hero raises to $0.40, 1 fold, SB calls $0.35, 1 fold
Flop: ($0.90) 8 , J , 2 (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.70, SB calls $0.70
Turn: ($2.30) T (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $1.50, SB raises to $3, Hero ??

Calling here is 100% BAD! You push or fold.
If it's not a clear shove, we'll there's always the next hand!
Range: Any PP,Q9s,JT,J8s,97s,AJ. My guess is you'll be shown JT most of the time and Q9s the rest with a very small % of air balls like 99s that picked up open ended on the turn.
This is the proverbial "easy fold" Yeah like dumping AA's is ever "easy"

easy fold. The c-raise on the turn is usually a big hand. Villain either has a set or a str8.

He has to have JT, 97, Q9 for this T to have helped (or a slow played set). Call, see river action.
Short of some crazy read I'm never folding to a min-raise 4 handed. If this is for value, good for him, own that shit.

What? Who does this with 33? Why is AJ the only TP hand he can have? Why do his straight draws have to be suited when hes playing 67% of hands. Why is it push or fold? There doesnt seem to be any kind of explanation for what youre advising here.

I have no interest in discussing strategy with a protege'. Your job is to remain quiet and listen. I have a very systematic approach that I will share with the right candidate and I promise that I will turn you into a force of nature and show you elements of the game of poker that you never knew existed.

Christ, this is a beginners forum. When you are done menstruating for the month, maybe you could try post something useful that might help him develop as a player instead of just belittling him. A simple "Please post a hand range next time and discuss it" would have sufficed.

I'm not one to waste the creative potential of a moment, so I'd like to share the first thing that came to mind. Keep in mind, though, that this isn't directed to the OP or anyone specifically, but to a general attitude that some people have for new players which I happen to disagree with (which doesn't necessarily mean either of us is right or wrong):

After I'm finished doing that I'll hold his dick while he takes a piss and offer to wipe his ass with some fresh baby wipes instead of toilet paper since that might not feel as good. Then when I'm finally finished babying him I'll pop my titty out of his mouth and ask him if he'd like a nap.

Slightly related, earlier this morning I ran into 2 or 3 other new threads where someone dumped a HH with a minimal amount of reads or stats and absolutely no analysis of their own expecting to be told what to do. I decided to try some shock therapy and threw this together in MSPaint in hopes that it becomes a meme in Internet poker circles. Perhaps one day no beginner will ever post more than one hand without putting their opponent(s) on a range because the first time it happens they will see this image and know that they have committed a crime against the poker gods, but most importantly against their own process of learning.
