This post may just be me thinking out reasonings so I may naswer my own questions or incorrectly answer them, but this is pretty much my thought process.

Now my problem is my VP$IP is to larger compared to my PF raise. I think this is because I am calling with SCs and smaller PP when there is a pf raiser from utg or mp. Now I think to remedy this I need to be 3betting or folding more often right?

VS a TAGG I think there is the best argument for just calling pf. The hand they are raising with is more likely to be better than our starting hand, but if our hand does hit they may have a hard time folding there hand and they will most likely be betting into us on almost any flop, and if we miss we can get away cheap.

VS a Tight Passive: 3bet? or fold? or call? we may not be getting a ton of action post flop when we do hit, and are beat when we don't.

VS a LAGG who calls a lot of 3bets is calling still better? I am not sure, I think it could be better because we may be ahead preflop, but on the flop it will be hard to tell what he has.

VS a LAGG who folds to a lot of 3bets it is best to 3bet a lot here right? get his pf raise a lot, and when he does call we have a more defined range on him if we hit on the flop.

VS Loose Passive(weak) who likes to raise and call 3 bets a lot I think folding might be best, trying to bet them out when we semi hit can be costly.

TAG - I probably just call and see a flop as cheap as possible.

Weak-Tight - Again, I probably just call with the hopes of hitting a decent draw and extracting as much $ as possible.

Against looser players, whether passive or aggressive, I 3-bet them like it's my religion. This is where I like playing for stacks and I'm willing to do so with 2-pair or any good draw because a lot of the time these maniacs will call a shove with top pair or even just 2 over cards.
