 Ive no idea if I'm correct here, but with AQs, on the button, I'm 3betting here to get rid of someone and build a pot. I'd reraise to 70, prob end up HU, and then be aggro from there in.

As plyed, CO could have just about anything pre. He has pretty much called half the cards dealt to him so far, how has he played from flop onwards previously? I guess that makes a big difference to his range.

As played, with no post flop data, I call the river bet.

I understand why you checked behind the turn if you were worried about getting check/raised, but I think we miss too much value by not betting the turn here. If villain was going to check and be weird with a J then there's every chance they would have done that on the flop instead of leading. It's possible for villain to have so many weaker aces or even a gutter on the flop that I think betting 90c or $1 on the turn seems ideal. Fold to a raise and if checked to on the river probably half pot it.

As played, you have to flat the river because we're not going to like a push over a raise and we can't be sure how many of villain's weaker aces he's going to call a raise with after the way the hand played out.

As for preflop, my standard (not to say I wouldn't 3bet, just less likely) would be to flat AQ suited or offsuit here. The PFR is going to cbet a bunch of A-hi flops, and if he calls a 3bet we're not going to love a lot of calls on A-hi flops. We also want to keep the CO in the hand and we have no evidence to believe he flats a PFR and then a 3bet.

I would certainly isolate if MP was running a little looser.

I realized that I missed party after I saw villian's cards and just wanted to make sure if the other things were correct. As dex pointed out, he had a gutshot and his donk bet on the flop actually worked very well for villian: he had KQ.

I am wondering if you were the guy holding KQo, would you make a blocking bet like he did? or just c/c?

 Don't post results at all. It's better to get in that kind of habit.

Anyways, I 3-bet pre. He's loose enough most likely. As played bet turn as you have the best hand almost always.

Thanks for the comment kmind, I guess 3-beting preflop is close.

I never ever post the results but, I was done with my part of the play and I was really curious how would you play villian's hand on the flop.

Against this particular villain I would bet turn around 2/3 pot. Against a taggier opponent I like this line.
Just playing to improve.
