On the flop, Im happy to flat the villains min raise. When a 2nd spade hits on the turn should I be concerned about the flush draw and raise it up here?

not a fan of the flat flop and raise turn. i think it screams trips esp on a paired board

I agree with AF here. Pot the flop. I wouldn't mess around with trying to extract value on later streets if you haven't done so on the flop.

If they don't call a flop raise, they probably won't call a turn raise either. Like AF said...that action screams trips on this board.

meh, raising flop kinda sucks too though because SB is folding everything we're ahead of except a worse T. I like flat flop, flat turn, raise/bet river depending on what hits.

I like this line. Give him a chance to catch up in the hand and spew some chips into you. You shouldn't worry about the flush draw..he's probably leading the flop with some junk hand like A6, maybe even overcards.
If out of position here I might just lead out betting, but it depends.

Raise the flop! If they fold everything you beat here either you or they are the biggest nits ever; and then you should be raising them most of the time anyway. If you raise to 40, and the $2 stack decides to call, there is pretty much no way you're not getting it all. Bet half the pot on turn and river, If he decided to call the c/r, he's pretty likely to stack off.
c/c c/c c/r easily seems like the worst line possible. It looks EXACTLY like what you have, and you probably won't even get his stack if he has 99-AA, and he gets to control the betting if he has a draw.

Anyway... the key in making people stack off with trash is to make them call what looks like a moderate raise on the flop compared to their stack - it's the way many people are thinking - and then you can get it in on turn and river with two under pot-sized bets. Make your opponents play for stacks more often, and money shall flow your way.
