Villian was 65/10/?? over about 30 hands.
I check-called almost every street. Bad play on my part?
After flop I put him on 2 pair or less or maybe flush draw. After turn I still had him at 2 pair maybe Ks and Qs and flush draw. After river I was thinking AT or flush? Then I though of ATd. But then why would he just bet half pot if he had the flush or straight? To keep me in?

There's no need to slowplay sets at this level. I wouldn't even necessarily go for the CR on the flop given the draw, but if you're gonna do it, your raise should've been at least $1.2 or so. I PSB the flop, 3/4 the turn ... and if he's still with you prolly check/call the river (assuming he doesn't shove... altho' by then you've got almost half your stack in the middle so meh on folding) I'll prolly catch sh!t for the check/call but being almost pot committed by the river, i'd rather take the chance of a flush draw bluff or at least maybe payoff a little less when I call a 2/3 or PSB.

You played this WAY too passively. At nearly every limit, with few situational exceptions, if you have a set on the flop, do your darndest to get all your chips in the middle!
Pre-flop: Good isolation raise.
Flop: Lead out close to pot! A check-minraise is the worst possible thing. Why does everyone play that line with a set? If you must check-raise, fire out a big bet so that it looks like you are trying to steal!
Turn: Lead out close to pot! If the flop had been played better, this should probably be your last bet of the hand because you would be all in.
River: As played, check-call is your only line here. Raising at that point is fruitless, but you have a showdownable hand.

I'm not sure I agree with raising 66 OOP preflop.
As played, if you're going to c/r the flop -- make your raise bigger. at least a dollah. I like $1.20.
When he calls your c/r you know he likes his hand. When a massive donk likes his hand and you've got a monster BET BET BET UNTIL THE MONEY IS IN THE MIDDLE.
The fact that the flushdraw is out there means there's a bunch of drawing hands in his range. Loose donks pay too much to draw, but only if you make them. You didn't. Do so in the future.
Your river analysis is way off. You've totally underrepresented your hand, so this loose villain's range is WAAAAY wider than flush or straight. Unfortunately you've let the board get very scary without that much money in the pot so there's no point in raising, but a call is necessary getting 3:1.

One he leads out the turn your hand is still crushing anything he could have unless he had kings or queens which is unlikely. You have to at least raise the turn if not ship it. By just calling you only allow yourself to either actually get out drawn or at least think you've been out drawn.

I think at the turn you should have raised, maybe he had AT, and was just betting so that you would think he had something and would remain passive, i think he just waited for the straight.
Or he could have AA, who knows.
I would have raised the turn, no doubt.
