Since these situations almost always leads to one of my biggest leaks; calling to much with big pp, i'm putting two of them up for review.

Hand 1

Villain is a 17/15 player, calls PFR 1/25, raises flop 1/4 and folds to bets/C-bets 90% of the time.

$0.02/$0.05 No Limit Holdem
8 Players
Hand Conversion Powered by weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG Hero ($9.13)
UTG+1 pauliuxs ($12.27)
MP1 ISassI ($5)
MP2 johnnyjohn8 ($5.54)
CO MakeYourself ($5)
BTN maolinovaro ($10.20)
SB apokerlady76 ($4.09)
BB SdoR X ($4.66)

Pre-Flop: ($0.07, 8 players) Hero is UTG
Hero raises to $0.20, 3 folds, MakeYourself calls $0.20, 1 fold, apokerlady76 calls $0.18, 1 fold

Flop: ($0.65, 3 players)
apokerlady76 checks, Hero bets $0.40, MakeYourself raises to $1.30, apokerlady76 folds,

Do we call or fold? I'm thinking he limped with ppTT-88 and made a set on this flop with TT. Any overpair would have been a raise PF i think.

Code:
equity win tie pots won pots tied
Hand 0: 	75.030%  	75.03% 	00.00% 	         11142 	        0.00   { AhAs }
Hand 1: 	24.970%  	24.97% 	00.00% 	          3708 	        0.00   { TT-88 }

Hand 2

I have no reads on villain. He joined the table a hand before this one.

$0.02/$0.05 No Limit Holdem
9 Players
Hand Conversion Powered by weaktight.com

Stacks:
UTG Hero ($5.27)

UTG+1 MazdaVI ($2.13)
MP1 Taurus29 ($3.20)
MP2 broasca_m6 ($2.11)
MP3 ricco1609 ($3.19)
CO GambleBunny ($4.88)
BTN Smootik ($2.03)
SB Timonga ($13.09)
BB Sarcev ($5)

Pre-Flop: ($0.07, 9 players) Hero is UTG
Hero raises to $0.20, MazdaVI calls $0.20, 6 folds, Sarcev raises to $0.60, Hero calls $0.40, MazdaVI folds

Should i 3bet here, or is the call ok?

Flop: ($1.42, 2 players)
Sarcev checks, Hero bets $0.75, Sarcev raises to $1.80, Hero?

I was uncertain here, i made too small of a bet here. Fold as played?

Thanks!

Hand 1:

"Folds to Cbet 90% of the time" - I think I may be bit concearned here. But I'm a bit stuck on this one.

Hand 2:
Why didn't you 4bet? I would think that's standard, but hey, I'm new.

Either way, heads up, I'm shoving there. His range has very few hands that hit that board IMO.

Hand 1, I'm torn. I'm guessing he has a pair of some kind. There's a chance he's flopped a full house with Ts. However, what do you think he thinks you have? How much do you cbet? If you've cbet against this guy every time you get HU with him he's going to play back and if he's got you on AKs looking for a flush draw then he's right to re-raise you.

I think I call here and re-evaluate the turn. Could be spew, though.

Hand 2, I'm with DanAronG. I 4bet and put it all in the middle preflop.

Vinland is an unknown quantity at this point
Hand one: Add JJ, QQ to his preflop range. Perhaps call flop and re-eval turn.

Hand Two: Not ready to fold either. Your flop bet perhaps looks weak to him. Call and see what he does on turn. If he checks, check back and keep it small.
I confess in quicksand

littleogre has a little shameless behaviour in the past
At 2nl and 4nl hand one is a 4 around 90 percent of the time. So it's an easy fold for me. Only way i even think aboout calling is if villain semi bluffs a lot.

It's always good to know or EQ but we need to think about how often the villain raising us without a 4.

That's what i was thinking. I rather think it's a set of T's. Looking at his stats, i'm beat.

Will a player like this have a 4 in his hand?

I think from CO or BUT, Ax(s) might be in the range and he could have hit with A4s or AT, but thats slim since we hold 2 of the A.
And TT should be a raising hand pf esp. from LP.

my 2cents
