i'm back, with a brand new hand

so i had to play this hand in a complete vacuum - literally villain's second hand at the table, and he folded the first pf..

I'd guess that he'd call a preflop raise with something like 66+, A9s+, ATo+, KT+, QT+, and maybe like 87s-JTs

the flop raise is where i take a step back, because i rarely see villains raising flops in the micros, and a lot of his range hits this flop for 2pr/set. if we consider that he might raise with some pair+draw type hands, i could give him: KK-99,AQs+,ATs,KTs+,Q9s+,JTs,AJo,KJo+,QTo+
(i left in AQ for TPTK raise possibly)

i have 59% against this range, so i could easily call the flop raise.

but, i'm oop with no reads or stats at all on this guy, so i dont know if i want to play three streets with TPTK on such a wet board. i mean, with such a wide variety of players, i might check a blank turn and he could possibly bet with all his range. and there's quite a few turns I don't like, so i'm inclined to fold the flop for this reason.

but i do have decent pot odds here and im even ahead of the flop raising range i gave him..so maybe i should have called?

welcome back!

I dont hate calling here. But I think OOP against an unknown villian, and given the threat of future bets, I prefer folding.

Good to see your thinking hard about hands and what may happen on future streets.

!Luck is on a distinguished road
The thing is if you call the flop raise you basically need to commit. The board is relatively dry, so I am tempted to fold, even though you may have the best hand.

You have 2 more streets that you have to "live" through both of them you are out of position, so his rage might as well mean an all in....
