Maybe bet the turn a tad more, but otherwise I'm playing this the same. Now fold.

I'd bet $0.20 or $0.22 on turn and fold to the raise.

In my experience when people start re-raising like this in limped pots they always have you beat, flushes straights etc. i believe when you bet the turn your betting for value for sure hoping to get called by a spade or ace rag/jack rag, but i don't think he's ever raising light or trying to bluff here again purely from my own experience. I'd fold every time in this spot in a limped pot.

b/fing the turn bigger is a mistake when you don't know what to do on over 1/3 of rivers

You wrote that he's a station and gave an incredible stat of 65/5, albeit over a tiny sample. When someone who has shown no agression suddenly gets aggressive, it's a BIG warning sign. I'd rather err on the side of caution until I'm positive that he is capable of making that type of move.
