It'll be my first ever attempt at this.

I'll be playing at the super micros.

Any hints/tips? Anything I should read before it kicks off? I plan on starting 8 or 8:30 mountain time.

Anybody gonna be on Vent or IRC?
The older I get, the more I start wondering; Just what in the hell is going on here?

concentrate, if you start playing badly after 2hrs then consider stopping.

if it's your first time don't be in Vent or IC, 4table and concentrate on your opponents and not on what Spoon just said to Yaawn about dildos.

325 hands in, and I'm having trouble concentrating.

I'm a wuss. Up some pocket change, not even a buy in.

It's almost too much Notable stats.

Only got sucked out on once. Got it AI on the flop with 2 pair against a superdonater, and the button overcalled.. He rivered a flush.

21 PP's and no sets. Ugh.
1 pp flopped quads and I couldn't get paid.

I saw a flop 30% of the time, which is high, but checked the BB like 50 times... which accounts for the high rate.

I'll take another crack tomorow.. maybe trying to get to 500 hands.

good work on stopping when you feel you're going to play bad.
What's your history on multi-tabling and/or long sessions? obviously advice varies according to that!

yup sure is Trips.

I have very little history multi-tabling. But I really wanted to go ultra tight so I figgured that 4 tabling with a ridiculously tight mantra would be like 1.5 tabling like normal, which I do normally.

I've played live play for 12 straight hours and been a consistent winner throughout, but you can go an entire hour between good hands, and the rest of the time is talking with your neighbors.

Going right for more tables has never worked for me. I gradually moved up to 2, 3, 4... The fith one usually in the center of the screen, and 6 gets really tiny, so I guess that's as far as it will go on this monitor.
If you can't remember what the action was - who are the nutcampers, who are the stations... then you should consider playing less.
My personal comfort zone is 3 at the moment. This is where I can still remember individual player with relative ease.

and are u four tabling 6max or FR? 4 tabling 6max...to get to 1k hands thats around 2.5-3hrs depending on fast tables, etc. Ur tiling right? Tiling makes it easier, atleast for me, to multitable than cascading.

Good luck with your goal.

Yeah... six max should be easier. You have to be faster, but you have much less players.
I always play tiled... I want to see what's happening when I'm not in a hand.
