Need help on my game. Getting a little frustrated with the fact that I have been playing so long and only showing 40 in profit was up 230 and now I am at 40. Tried blaming variance but I don't like that excuse.
Looking at my stats am I too tight oop or am I screwing up my blinds play. Need some help here.

Biggest losses in the last 2000 hands

quckily glancing at my BB hands the biggest loses are coolers such as
KK vs AA in the blinds QQ vs JJ in the blinds and some bad beats.
here is the worst hand I found that was not a suckout

flop seems spew when his range is KT,KJ,KQ,AK. I guess he could have some hearts AhQh AhJh etc.

You're too loose in the SB and too tight in late position.

Fold JJ in your last hand, other than that the others just look like coolers.
Just playing to improve.

No offense, but you shouldn't need to post a hand like that TT one for people to review to find out why its bad and why playing hands like that are affecting your win rate. I'm guessing you can find a lot of other hands that are bad yourself and plug some leaks.
Just playing to improve.

in the TT hand I'd call flop and evaluate turn
probably fold if he bets pot though

in terms of your stats I disagree that you're too loose from the SB
I think it's fine

I think you're way too tight from the cutoff, I think 20+ vpip is standard

what about cold calling range? When do we cold call?
mine tends to be JT,KJ,KQ,AJ-AQ on the BTN/CO ,and 22-TT from MP all the way to the blinds. If it is going to be multiway then I add some suited connectors like 67.

Your ranges depend on what your villain's rangers are. So we can't give you just a generic cold calling range to use.

ok guidelines
like vs nits/tigh agg players who raise EP calling with pairs and some
connectors due to the implied odds.
But vs loose aggresive/ calling stations calling with AJ,KJ,KQ a hand that can make a good top pair/two pair to extrac value is good.
