I've heard that for a person to really remember something, he or she has to be told it three times.

That being said, how do you feel about your table-image? Lets say you are an aggressive player, and you have noticed that a player will fold top pair if he is bet into hard on the flop and turn.

Theoretically (obviously), how many times can you push him off top pair before he takes a stand against you? For some reason, three just sounds like the number, in my opinion.

Obviously, a lot more comes into your image besides just your plays on him. What you've showndown, VPIP, etc (depending on how attentive the player is).

But, in general (or on average), how many times can you pull a move on someone before they stand up to you?
