I've grinded my free $5 from pokerstars to $35 today and currently have the urge to deposit $40 to have the correct bankroll for 5NL. before i do this though, how is 2NL different from 5NL? (besides the money of course)

I have been playing for about 3 yrs but I am new to online play. The short answer is I found a huge difference, people play with more for the buy in online. I have just recently found a strategy that has helped me online. I played .02/.04 at sportsbook and could not get a hand to hold up for nothing. I lost sets to flushes ak two pair to sets. It just did not matter. Nobody played position the bottom line was it was impossible to put any one on a hand. I moved up to .05/.10 since then I noticed people still played bad starting hands and still put way to much value in tptk but I did not see nearly as many out of position plays. the end result for me it became alot easier for me to put people on a range of hands. For me I need alittle better players than what I was getting, I moved up with 6.00 to .05/.10 and now have turned it into 111.00 I am currently playing at .10/.20 and looking to move up to .25/.50 but still need alittle bigger bank roll.

Now for the disclaimer, I am new to online play so only take my advice in consideration. I also want to thank the people that helped me in my other threads. I recommend that you check out some of my other threads and read the advice that they gave me.

Don

4TH as it relative to the board. Top pair, 2nd pair, 3rd pair etc...

According to this guy you can have 3pair though:

Start it at 5:25, I think the triple pair happens at 7:00 or so. It's hilarious. Plus he also talks about opening up your mind and having your daughter grind poker after school and then taking some of her profit..

After watching this entire thing and then viewing some of his other videos, this is actually all just a joke. And it's actually really funny.

He has a good talk about playing 7-gappers that's pretty good as well.

Ok, I don't mean to take this thread to the commun, but LMAO. That was some funny shit. 37o, "ok, I'm gunna simi-bluff this" with AQK on the board LOL. folding with 90 and then 30 left, he said on the last hand with J3o Ok we're gunna look for quads here. then A10 beat him "ok he sucked out there..."

no measurable difference. just play abc and you'll be at 25NL in no time. however, it helps to live outside the US and collect bonus money, too.
LHE is a game where your skill keeps you breakeven until you hit your rush of random BS.

Nothing beats flopping quads while dropping a duece!

All poker is easy as hell before you get to 25nl. Below that everything is the same. From 25 nl it gradually gets harder until you reach 100nl. Thats when theres a big step up, then smaller steps between nl200 and nl400. Nl600 i have found very hard.
