Villain has only been at table for a few hands. Laying this down seems really w/t at this level, especially without some sort of read that he isn't a complete tard. Thoughts?

I'd call at these stakes.
I don't like checking the flop though, I'd like to see a pot-sized bet here.

A check/raise over reps your hand.
If he still wants to play for stacks after that its a pretty easy fold unless hes a maniac.

I need the tard read to get it in here. He raised preflop so that makes the random 2 pairs less likely. Theres still plenty that beats you though.

from what i remember 2NL is fairly passive. Passive players dont push over a checkraiser with TPTK.
readless i fold. With an LAGgro read i call.
