Given the pre-flop limp, I figure that he most likely has a small pair or SC's and this good well be an overpair. If there's even a small chance he folds I think a shove is good here. Comments?

I doubt he ever folds with his flop bet-size but I also doubt he'd ever do this with a boat so I'm sure you have plenty of equity to get it in here.

With your stack size I play this the same way just about 100% of the time.
IMO the bigger question is why you are so short stacked? I always chip up when/if my stack gets lower than 95BB's
